Box Tops redeemed
Leader worked with General Mills to create a unique program for SUPERVALU grocery stores. The idea was to create a continuity website to house all General Mills promotions for SUPERVALU and establish a unique digital platform for a key program, Box Tops for Education.
Our Solution:
Leader created a dynamic promotion platform with Catalina/IRC code redemptions, integration with Box Tops for Education for school earning tracking and incentives, and ongoing email marketing campaigns.

To further the campaigns reach, we also developed a bilingual version of the website and social media components for referral and viral sharing. A custom app extended the program to mobile, leveraging a location-based service for promotion and school look-up.

Finally, Leader directed seamless, comprehensive content distribution across all platforms—online, social, and mobile.
Growing Local Learning has successfully engaged SUPERVALU shoppers in General Mills programs and promotions. Since Growing Local Learning started in March 2010, there have been more than 470,000 unique visitors to the website and over $2.6 million earned by schools.
