Leader Enterprises will celebrate it’s 29th anniversary this year. As we look back over those years, much has been accomplished. Our growth and success has exceeded our imagination. Our story includes both tragedy and triumph, and both have served to strengthen our character and confidence, and inspire our purpose and passion.
From tragedy and triumph comes tradition. We celebrate our tradition, our values, methods and service model. Our tradition has greatly influenced our growth and success in serving some of the world’s most recognized brands. Our tradition influences and molds our value system for our employees and shapes our service model for our clients.
However, moving into 2014 and beyond, we know we can’t live on tradition alone. Who we are will never change, but the way we do what we do must continually evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients as they face an intensely challenging marketing environment. They must better understand the unique desires and buying behaviors of shoppers to effectively reach, engage, inspire, connect, and activate on the path to purchase.
We call it Shopper Marketing. To equip and enable our clients to win in this arena we are realigning our resources on delivering three critical services… strategy, creative, and activation. We believe each marketing initiative should be grounded in laser sharp strategy; must connect with the shopper through innovative and inspired creative; and should engage the shopper with precise, relevant and measured activation, while most often being delivered through digital and social media.
As we build on our tradition and our unique qualifications in the Shopper Marketing discipline, we look forward to new opportunities to engage with clients and industry leaders in the exciting arena of Shopper Marketing.
